Canada’s Outragous Phone Rates

without comments

This is why I will not bother with a phone data plan. Once again, the CRTC existing not to protect the Canadian public, but to protect phone and cable companies. It’s an outrage. A business associate recently got his phone bill for using email for a month and went over the 4MB limit. The total was in the neighborhood of $1200. This is not 1998 anymore. These companies are gouging. It’s time for action.
